We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impressive, with no dust or unpleasant odors. The hotel facilities were modern, with clean and comfortable seating areas in the reception and a designated section for children. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for nightlife and exploring the city, as it was easy to get to from the station and close to all attractions and amenities. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make our stay special.
Nothing to dislike.
The staff were absolutely brilliant, making my stay here even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special by upgrading our room and decorating it with balloons and cake. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Utilita Arena and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The hotel also had a secure carpark, although it does require payment. Additionally, the hotel was close to the canal walk, only a 10-minute walk from the city center and the train station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Ines on reception went above and beyond by making up the sofa bed for my son and giving him an activity pack and cuddly toy - such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions like the Bullring and New Street station. Plus, there is a mini Sainsbury's next door for any food and toiletry needs. Another highlight was the breakfast, which offered plenty of choices to start the day off right.
Not obvious to find, but once inside, this hotel is a hidden gem in the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Birmingham. Karan, the staff member who checked me in, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was within easy walking distance of the main attractions and nightlife. This made it convenient for me to visit the Arena, Sea Life, and Discovery Lego for our night out in the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice bar area and a good choice of food available until late at night. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was comfortable. the staff at this hotel made my stay enjoyable and memorable.
