I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a well-presented foyer and neat rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a high-end plasma TV, and stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the city and canal. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and delicious food. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, offering exceptional service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station, Christmas markets, and the city center. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and a wonderful Iranian cafe right across the road. It was also a short walk to the train station and several lovely restaurants at Gas Street Basin. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.

The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of choices and well-presented. Lastly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
