The location was perfect, close to the city centre and with great transportation options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stylish bar and restaurant area. We had a genuinely warm and friendly greeting at reception, which made us feel welcomed right from the start. The hotel facilities were appealing and well presented, especially the eating and drinking areas which were the busiest in the area. The location in this city's last surviving Georgian square was attractive and convenient. We were able to easily walk to the city centre and also to an event at Arena Birmingham. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, as everything looked very clean and well-maintained.
