The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bed, good TV, and a nice shower. The hotel's location was convenient for walking to the Bullring shopping centre and the German Christmas market. It was also centrally located in this city, making it easy to explore everything in the city centre. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the train station and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with double beds that were super comfortable. The staff were brilliant, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold food.
