The room was upgraded, a nice touch. Although no air-con, a fan was provided. Lovely breakfast. Secure free parking was excellent.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The lobby was clean and tidy, and the staff provided a lovely welcome upon our arrival. The city double room we stayed in was small but immaculately clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered free, secure parking, which was a great bonus. The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of nearby places to eat and easy access to transportation. We also appreciated the excellent service from all the staff throughout our stay.
It was all superb.
The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious, well presented, and good value for money. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities included a gym, which was excellent for a workout. The Wi-Fi had great speed and allowed me to live stream a football match without any issues. The location was quiet and away from the noise, perfect for a restful stay. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel was close to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where we had several appointments.
