The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's central location was perfect for what I wanted, as I could easily explore the city and watch the world go by.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, allowing me to check out at 12pm instead of the usual 11am. The hotel itself is very modern and spotless, with a convenient location right by the Bull Ring. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had excellent lighting. I loved the modern touch screen in the bedroom that allowed me to control the lights and call guest services. The hotel also offered a great parking deal with Selfridges/Moor St car park, where I only had to pay £7 for parking if I got my ticket validated at the hotel. Additionally, the blackout curtains in the room were amazing and provided us with a few extra hours of sleep. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel's parking was convenient and reasonably priced. The room was modern, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast had a good selection and plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
