I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its excellent location in the heart of the city. The hotel is conveniently situated near the Symphony Hall and is adjacent to a lovely canal, providing pleasant walks. Moreover, it is just a short distance from the city centre shopping area, making it perfect for shopping enthusiasts like myself. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, contributing to a positive experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the quietness of my room were impressive. All these factors combined to make my stay enjoyable and convenient.

The hotel was in the centre of this bustling city, making it convenient for exploring nearby areas of interest and the city centre by foot. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the iron and ironing board, were a nice touch. Additionally, the staff at the reception were courteous and helpful, and the location near the canal allowed for a lovely walk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was excellent, and the staff were amazing. The room was well laid out and had great furnishings. The temperature was perfect, and the lighting was good. The bathroom had an excellent shower. The dinner at the hotel was superb. The staff was excellent, and the food was delicious. The ambiance was great. The breakfast was also really good. It was very varied and well done. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to the Symphony Hall where I was going to the Barclaycard Centre. It was also very close to the city's nightlife.

We loved the newly refurbished rooms with their smooth clean lines decor and excellent walk-in showers. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect, with plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants nearby, as well as being close to the Utilita Arena. We also appreciated the late check-out option at no extra cost.
