I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Birmingham. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the city. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and even checked in on us in our room to ensure everything was okay. The hotel had a great atmosphere in the 25th floor restaurant and bar.
Can't fault anything about it.
The hotel has top-notch cleanliness, with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is fantastic, right next to a beautiful canal walkway lined with charming bars and restaurants. The views from the hotel are truly special, offering breathtaking sights of the surroundings.
Nothing not to love.
We loved our stay at this hotel. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was breathtaking, especially at night. The room itself was well-designed with a full height glass window and comfortable armchairs to enjoy the horizon. The little touches like the recessed night light and mini fridge were greatly appreciated. The breakfast on the 25th floor was delicious and at only £5 per person, it was an amazing value. The staff, including the trainee receptionist, were all lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect, only around a 10-minute journey to the city center, with shopping and the train station right at our doorstep.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Birmingham! The cleanliness of our room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the amazing view from the 23rd floor and the fact that there was a speaker in the bathroom. The location was perfect for us, as we were within a 10-minute walk of both the train station and the vibrant nightlife of the city. The breakfast service was excellent and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly.
Everything was fantastic during our stay at this hotel.
