We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was ideal, as it was close to New Street Station and Moor Street Station, making it convenient for us to travel to other cities like Liverpool and Warwick. Additionally, there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, perfect for those looking to experience the vibrant nightlife of this city. The hotel staff, especially the girl at reception, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel also provided complimentary hot drinks, which was a nice touch.
