We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with a short walk to central shopping areas and a variety of high-end shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also had convenient parking right next door, with a discount available for residents. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond to make my fiancé's birthday special, surprising her with a complimentary glass of Prosecco.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The superior bedroom was lovely and very spacious, with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was nice, with a separate shower and bath, and good water pressure. The hotel had great attention to detail in terms of decor and lighting. The walls were adorned with pop art and artwork from Castle Fine Art Gallery, including prints of 'Peaky Blinders' and colorful animal artwork, all available for purchase. The staff were friendly and attentive, from check-in to housekeeping. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to many places and a nearby upmarket shopping center called Mailbox. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel had a nice bar as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room being very clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, from the reception staff to the housekeeping and restaurant staff. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were impressed with the delicious food and the efficient service, with no waiting times for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions like the Glee Club.

The hotel is conveniently located next door to the train station and close to the town centre, making it easy to explore this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the fact that there was ample parking available and that transportation options were easily accessible. The staff were excellent, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The bar was also a great place to relax and unwind.
