We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right beside the train station was incredibly convenient, as it provided easy access to all the main areas in the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The Best aspects of this hotel were the central location, which allowed me to easily explore the city and visit the nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options available in the self-serve area. The hotel staff were also very attentive and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable. I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, with convenient transportation options available nearby.
On the other hand, I must say that there were Absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.
Even though there were some mixed reviews, I personally did not encounter any issues during my stay.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city centre. The location was excellent, right next to the station and in a lovely arcade. It was walking distance to everything, including shopping streets and the Bullring. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room and a nice lobby area with a TV and armchairs. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even brought us an electric heater when our room wasn't warm enough. this hotel was our top choice for future visits to this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was superb and the staff were all very pleasant. The location was great, right in front of the train station and close to the city's shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.
