We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the impressive bar. The location was super convenient, being very close to the station and right in the city centre, with Birmingham Cathedral just a few steps away. The staff were exceptional, offering professional and friendly service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast with great variety.

The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was of great quality, despite the hotel being busy.
