Nestled near Bullring & Grand Central Mall, the 4-star Holiday Inn Birmingham City, An Ihg Hotel offers welcoming rooms with WiFi throughout the property. The shopping mall "Arcadian Centre" is placed a 5-minute walk away, and National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham is 17 minutes on foot from the modern inn.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The Lobby on Hill Street is the hotel's own lounge bar. You can relish Mexican cuisine at Dixy Chicken located not very far from this Birmingham property.

The newly renovated property is placed in the Birmingham Shopping district of Birmingham, adjacent to nightclubs and a park. Popular natural sights near the Holiday Inn Birmingham City, An Ihg are Peace Gardens (700 metres) and Cannon Hill Public Park (2.5 km).

Cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. Hotel facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful lobby. The central location made it convenient to explore the city, with the shopping center and train station just steps away. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The location of this hotel is hard to beat, being close to the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with great attention to detail from the cleaning staff. The hotel facilities, including the comfortable lounge areas and fast elevators, were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were always helpful and polite.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The staff at this hotel were efficient and genuinely friendly. They provided little touches like ear plugs, which came in handy for me. The bed and room in general were extremely comfy. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main city center, cinema, hippodrome, and O2 academy. Parking was also available. The view from the window overlooking the John Lewis building was fantastic.
