The hotel offered the option to choose the floor for my stay, and I was able to select a quiet one. The spacious and comfortable room was of a high standard. The friendly staff happily accommodated my request to change rooms so my partner could have a runway view. The hotel's location near the airport and transportation facilities made it convenient for both business and early flight trips.

The location was extremely convenient for my needs, with easy access to the NEC centre and airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a computerised board displaying departure times and check-in information, allowing me to avoid unnecessary waiting at the airport. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including fresh waffles, and the bar area was cozy and inviting. Additionally, the free shuttle service from the airport to the train station was a great bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and I congratulate the cleaning team for their impeccable work. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious room and the good shower. The location right by the airport was perfect for my needs, as I was here for an overnight stay before attending a concert at the NEC. The hotel's proximity to the departure/arrival entrance gates made it very convenient for transportation. The food at the restaurant was brilliant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the breakfast. The staff were exceptional, with everyone I encountered being friendly and welcoming, always with a smile.
For us, it was ideal.
