We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room upgrade for our 30th Wedding Anniversary was a pleasant surprise. The hotel facilities were great, especially the leisure facilities which helped us relax. We also appreciated the late check out option. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I had a wonderful long weekend stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean swimming pool and a spa area that wasn't too busy. The location on Hagley Road was perfect, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and the Alexandra theatre within walking distance. The rooms had everything I needed and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel also offered free WiFi and the breakfast was good.
