We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with the Bull Ring and O2 Institute just a short walk away. The hotel was also right across the road from the coach station, making transportation very convenient. We found the hotel facilities to be great, with a spacious studio room that had a separate living area with a sofa. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and we felt secure as we needed a key card to enter the property and use the lift.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities in the room were amazing, like a mini apartment, and such great value for money. It was clean, modern, and up-to-date. The location was perfect, right by the Bullring and New St Station, in a central location. Plus, it was literally on the edge of the city center, with Selfridges and St Martin's church both adjacent. The hotel staff were fabulous, providing excellent customer service. I couldn't fault it and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and spacious, with great storage options. The facilities were excellent, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, ironing board. The location was perfect, being close to the bullring and station, making it easy to explore the city.

I had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were spotless and felt brand new. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a brilliant kitchen area that had plenty of utensils. The bathroom was fantastic, with a heated towel rack and timer function. The location was perfect, being close to the Arcadian, Chinatown, and the Bullring. Plus, there was nearby parking available for a great price.
